| Course Abstract | Many PhD students find time management difficult as they at the same time need to manage a complex research project while they also need to participate in different training and educational activities. This 2-day workshop focuses on the basic project planning and management tools and is specially designed for PhD students. | ||||||||

| The course is a mix of presentations, group assignments and staged assignments which underline important learning points. The course requires significant activity from the participants. | |||||||||
| Learning Outcome | |||||||||
| Participants will learn how important it is to think about project organisation with a clear division of responsibilities as well as suitable ways of communicating. | |||||||||
