Scientific: Knowledge of the mammalian genomes. Knowledge of the possibilities of analysing and characterizing mammalian genomes. Understanding of qualitative and quantitative genetics with focus on mammalian disease genetics. Technology and production: Knowledge of advanced concepts of genome analysis in mammals. Use of advanced methods in molecular genetics. Ethics and values: Evaluation of strategies to dissect the genetics underlying inherited traits in mammals.
