The course will define "a production system" and give principles for developing systems. The consequences of a production system for defined main objectives will be examined. Likewise, the production system as a restriction in the production will be studied. Production systems from all over the world may be involved, i.e. both temperate and tropical climate, industrial and developing countries, etc. Examples of specific systems could be organic vs. conventional, outdoor vs. indoor, loose vs. fixation, one pen from birth to slaughter vs. several pens etc. | |||||||||||||||
